ツアーガイド及びご引率の皆様へ

この度は太田記念美術館をご訪問頂き、誠にありがとうございます。
当館は大変小さな美術館です。当館で浮世絵を楽しむすべての皆様に快適にお過ごし頂くため、団体、グループでお越しの皆様にお願いがございます。

• スムーズなご案内の為、10名様以上でご来館の際は必ず事前にご連絡をお願いいたします。（混雑時に事前連絡なくご来館の団体、グループのお客様は、ご入館をお断りさせて頂くことがございますのでご了承下さい。）
• 団体割引は20名様以上で適用となります（1名あたり100円割引）。有料のご入館20名様以上で1名のガイドの方が無料でご入館いただけます。
• 当館はロビーが大変狭い為、団体でご入館される場合は、申し訳ございませんがお客様には入口の外で待機して頂き、先に添乗員、代表の方が正確な人数分を受付にてまとめてお支払い下さい。その後、お客様にチケットをお渡しの上ご入場ください。（荒天の場合ご相談下さい）
• チケットご購入後の払い戻しは致しかねます。
• ガイドの方によるロビー、館内での解説、案内はご遠慮ください。（集合時間などのご案内等も館内ではご遠慮ください）
• 建物が古く、エレベーター、スロープはございません。１Ｆ、２Ｆ、地下と全て階段での移動となります。ご了承ください。

※また、下記の事項をお守りいただくよう、ご参加の皆様への周知をお願い致します。

• 当館は小さい美術館の為、音が大きく響いてしまいます。ロビー、展示室内ではお静かにお願いします。
• 館内でのご飲食は禁止です（アメ、ガム含む）。ペットボトルなどは鞄にしまっていただきます。
• 写真撮影は禁止です。
• 携帯電話での通話は禁止です。メモなどのご使用も、他のお客様のご迷惑にならないようにお願いします。　
• スマートフォンの翻訳アプリは、かざすタイプのアプリに限り使用可能です。解説文の撮影はできません。ご使用にあたっては他のお客様のご迷惑にならないようにお願いします。また、写真撮影との区別をするため、スタッフがお声がけさせていただくことがございますのでご了承ください。
• 再入館は出来ません。無断で出た場合、新たに入館料が必要になります。

To the Tour Guides and the Representatives of the Group

• Please let us know the date you will visit, and number of visitors, in advance. Since the museum is very small, if you visit us with a group without a prior notice, we may have to refuse your visit when the museum is crowded.
• Group discount is available for a group of more than 20 people. 1 tour guide will be free for over 20 people.
• Please count the number of people in your group in advance, and pay the entrance fee all at once. No refund is available.
• Please do not give any explanations and guidance in the exhibition room.
• We are sorry we do not have any elevators and slopes. There are only stairs to move to the second floor and the basement.

• Please keep quiet in the lobby and the exhibition rooms since the museum is very small and the sounds echo easily in the exhibition rooms.
• Please do not take any photographs.
• Eating and drinking are not allowed anywhere in the museum including candies and gums.
• Translation apps on smartphones may be used, but please refrain from taking photographs of explanations. Only apps that can be held up and scan may be used. We kindly request your cooperation to avoid causing any inconvenience to other customers.
• Please refrain from talking on your mobile phone.
• Re-entry is not allowed.
